THE PHOENIX FUND

Soon after crowdfunding and getting books into homes we were lucky to receive funding from the Phoenix Fund. This grant has been the core of our work in our first year and undeniably helpful to what has been an incredibly successful first year.

Due to their support we have ben able to:

  • 60 Hours of Writing & Arts Based Provisions, Term Time & Holiday Provisions

  • Commission a black author to write a new play on anti racism for children aged 4-11

  • 3 Weeks Schools TIE Tour, Reaching 1,882 young people

  • 360 hours of Project Management

  • 100 Books

  • Set up costs
